Bailey's is a locally owned Omaha restaurant that's been serving West Omaha since 2007. The idea has always been simple: cook good food from scratch, smoke our own meats, and make everyone who walks in feel at home.

The Smoker Runs Before We Open

Our corned beef is brisket we cure and smoke over pecan wood. Our maple sausage patties, country links, 12-pepper links, turkey breast, and prime rib all come out of the same smoker. It's more work than buying it — and you can taste the difference.
